The incredible variety of restaurants here means you will always be spoilt for choice, although I would recommend Rudy’s for the best pizza in Manchester!

Novella gives its residents that luxury lifestyle. The building is in the perfect location for young professionals wanting that city life, and the communal spaces are great for working from home and getting to know your neighbours. I also love the residents’ gym and wellness studio as they’re such brilliant spaces to work out!

The south facing city views you get from the huge wrap around windows in this apartment are just stunning and it’s the biggest apartment type at just under 800 sq ft.
